The Sea Trucks Group launches new corporate logo

The Sea Trucks Group formally launched its new corporate logo and identity as well as its Mission Statement today, which represent a significant milestone in the company’s history.
The shift to a new look symbolizes the ongoing transformation under way at the Sea Trucks Group.
With the completion of a new purpose built quayside office complex in the United Arab Emirates last month, eventually to accommodate over 400 staff, the Sea Trucks Group has accomplished the first major step in establishing the Group’s new worldwide headquarters for its offshore contracting activities. From this office the group’s new build DP3 pipe lay construction and floatel fleet will be managed, together with its interests in the ‘Seastream’ joint venture and other SURF market segment activities.
The first two vessels of this new fleet were delivered in 2007 and early 2008. The next 5 will be delivered between mid 2008 and mid 2010.
Simultaneously the Sea Trucks Group is beefing up its marketing and marine support facilities along the West African Coast where a number of the newbuildings are scheduled to be employed, since these new vessels are very suitable for operations in its deepwater oilfields.
With its indigenous company, West African Ventures Ltd., the Sea Trucks Group will be able to offer key strategic marine assets, with deepwater capability, as a 100% Nigerian owned and operated business. This accomplishment will bring many new technical and commercial benefits to the Nigerian market, and to other regional markets in West Africa.
