When Seastream (the Joint Venture between Sea Trucks Group and Wellstream International) was awarded
the Pyrenees Project in NW Australia in 2007, the Joint Venture opened an office in Perth. Seastream
successfully completed this project early 2010.

After completion of this project Sea Trucks maintained this office in Perth and has been succesful
in executing projects in Australia since then.

Sea Trucks considers the Asia – Pacific region as important to its strategic growth objectives and will continue
to maintain this office to support its continuing activities in the region.

The Perth office is a fully operational office with engineering and project management capabilities as well as a
marine and logistics support department.
