The company is responsible for all the business in Nigeria, from chartering the marine support fleet, to engineering and project management of construction and accommodation projects. The offices in Lagos house the management, operational departments, project and engineering management, as well as WAV’s corporate support functions. Additionally, West African Ventures owns and operates a fabrication yard and supply base in Onne and a marine service base in Warri.The NetherlandsThe first Sea Trucks office outside of Nigeria was established in The Netherlands in 1985. Early 2012, the group opened its office in Rotterdam. The primary role of this office is to support the group's engineering and project management activities, as well as the operational management of the DP3 accommodation and construction fleet. The office also deals with global tendering support, global marketing and communication activities, as well as general support functions such as HR support, QHSE, and Finance.AustraliaFor the Pyrenees project in north-west Australia in 2007, Sea Trucks Group formed a joint venture with Wellstream called Seastream. An office was opened in Perth. After Seastream successfully completed the project in 2010, Sea Trucks maintained the office and has since executed several projects in Australia.United Arab EmiratesIn 2004, the group opened an office in Sharjah. The office housed the DP3 contracting division, as well as the tendering, engineering and project management departments. These departments moved to Rotterdam in 2013, and Sharjah is now a corporate support office.AngolaSea Trucks established a local operations office in Luanda, Angola in 2004 to support offshore projects.
