Responsibilities

• Provide effective technical service for DP 3 vessels;
• Create an environment of constant improvement;
• Identify, manage and monitor risks;
• Advise on technical operations of all vessels;
• Ensure that vessels, machinery and equipment are operated efficiently;
• Assist in planning of dry docking and related major material or service contracts;
• Ensure compliance of vessels to ISM Code.

 Experience and Education

• Experience as a Marine Chief Engineer, holding certification STCWIII/2;
• Familiar with Caterpillar engines and knowledge on hydraulics;
• Expert knowledge on cranes, preferably TTS and Huisman;
• At least 5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer;
• New build vessel experience;
• Vessel commissioning experience;
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Management experience in the U.A.E.
